Welcome to Holistic Body Wellness! My name is Dalia, founder of Holistic Body Wellness.

I am a certified nutrition, health and wellness coach with a passion to help people live their healthiest lives.

I believe that our bodies have an incredible capacity for healing and that we can achieve optimal health through the foods we eat and the lifestyle choices we make. As a coach, my goal is to guide my clients through the process of creating a personalized, sustainable plan for healthy living that meets their individual needs and goals.

My approach is holistic and science-based, incorporating the latest research in nutrition and wellness to help my clients make informed choices about their health. I work with clients to develop a customized plan that takes into account their unique circumstances, preferences and goals, whether they are looking to lose weight, manage a chronic condition, or simply feel better in their own skin.

My mission is to help you on your journey to better health and living a fit, abundant life, and to educate, inspire, and empower you to reach optimal health and ultimately to be able to sustain your new lifestyle. I want to help you develop the best version of you and bring out the best in yourself so that you can truly shine.

When I'm not coaching, you can usually find me spending time with my beautiful children and amazing husband!, in the gym or outdoors enjoying the beauty of nature. I believe that finding joy in the simple things in life is essential to our overall well-being, and I strive to help my clients achieve balance in all aspects of their lives.
